This blanket was so fun to knit not to mention how quickly it worked up. I took 3 days to make it but it could easily be worked up in a day. It’s a great beginner pattern and I highly recommend it for stash busting as well. Read more for all the deets 🙂

For this pattern you will need:

  • Bernat Baby Blanket yarn
  • Size US 11 circular knitting needle
  • Tapestry needle
  • Measuring tape
  • Stitch markers
  • Scissors

You will need to know how to:

  • Cast on
  • Knit
  • Bind off

Knitting Abbreviations:

St(s): Stitch(es)
K: Knit
Co: Cast On
Bo: Bind off

Size: 28in x 25in

Notes:

  1. Use the knit cast on
  2. Slip your first st
  3. I didn’t gauge 
  4. I only used one 10oz ball of yarn

Pattern

Co 60 sts
Knit every st for 38 rows
Bo loosely
