Simple tips to help you start living a healthier lifestyle.
Hey friends. Just wanted to share some tips with you that I’ve learn through my food journey. Because I want feel good about myself inside and out and I want you to as well.
Drink Water
It’s the best way to start transiting your diet. You can start with just drinking one bottle of water a day.
Or you can do a hydration challenge:
Drink half of your body weight in ounces. If you weight 100 pounds drink 50 oz of water a day.
Keep a Food Dairy
Keep track of what you’re eating and how you feel after you eat it. Were you energized or were you bloated? Switch out the things that made you feel like crap and keep whatever made you feel energized.
Switch Out Meals
Switch out one bad meal for a good one or just throw some veggies or fruits in there.
Instead of snacking on chips, I starting eating carrots. I use to eat a bag of mini cookies a day than I switch to grapes. Ease into the changes.
Make your own meals
Rather than reading the list of ingredient on a label just make it yourself at least that way you know what you’re putting in your body.

Do at least one exercise routine a day
It doesn’t have to be long and you don’t have to sweat buckets. Just get moving in any way you can; walking, biking, body weight exercises. I like to exercise at home and I use apps like the 7minute Work Out, Nike Train Club, or even Youtube all of which are free.
Don’t be afraid to start over
It’s not a bad day just a lesson learned and you don’t even need to wait until tomorrow. Now is always a good time. Remember it’s a journey.
